Consilium approves investment of 1,200L for a stake in this new mine.
Regarding sales of arms to other magi, samples were dislayed at Tribunal Germaniae, with some interest but no sales yet. Samples of goldwork were also displayed, and there was more interest there, as well as several orders, mostly for specialty items. The orders were mostly from Bonisagi, but we received one order from Maixant Verditii.
Helmi recommends continuing to display wares at future Tribunalia.

Regarding plans for Nebulascensor, Helmi notes that a response from Praevia Sabine, in Belgica, has been received. She can be available for 2p per season, in either Summer 1275 or Autumn 1276. She asks to be met at Rhenus Concordis by the beginning of the season.
Trade could include procurement woad & madder dyes, copper, and English wool if reasonably priced, as well as sale of glassware, pewterware, goldware, wax candles, furs, and mead, and possibly small quantities of hard timber and woodwork pieces as a trial for interest there

Consilium approves 2p vis for Praevia Sabine for a trip to Antwerp for Summer 1275, with a season of service for Sagittarius Flambonis, with assistannce from Caelarchus Dalek and Mercator Barnabas.

Frederick will be preparing amulets for Franz and Leyna in the coming year.

Placida Tytali donates Formans Petram, a tractatus on Terram, and claims a season of study of Dominatio Parmae.

Lyyli contributes three tractatus on Aquam; one by Berenga Bjornaer, one by Nerea Merinitae, and one by Severa Flambonis; she claims three seasons of study of Dominatio Parmae at a future time.

Consilium approves service by Scientius Guernici to enchant Incalifacio Atria Magorum, along with 3p Perdo & Ignem vis for that purpose (credit to the following year).
Consilium approves service by Milena Verditii to enchant Virga Lampadae Lunaris, along with 3p Ignem vis for that purpose (credit to the following year).

Rectrix Securia notes the large amounts of vis in Crumena, suggesting that it has become excessive. Archimaga Danalia concurs, and proposes spending Perdo vis to reward Ascripticii for learning Demon's Eternal Oblivion in any version (excluding Fundatores): 1p each to those who have already learned it, and 2p each to those who demonstrate ability to cast the spell in the future.
Arcturus Picae additionally proposes that new members should be required to learn the spell, rather than being rewarded for doing so; Securia additionally proposes that discipuli be excluded from rewards. Circular Ward Against Demons is proposed, but the lack of a lab text is noted.
Danalia additionally proposes that multiple copies of the lab texts be made available to all Foedus locations.

Stannus Flambonis proposes the enchantment of a harvesting tool that could aid Stara Vatra. Archimaga Danalia notes that the reason such enchantments are not given to Moravian capitula is to avoid the risk of mundanes witnessing magic. Stannus withdraws his proposal.
Stannus then proposes that Altea could learn mastery of The Bountiful Feast sooner if his forthcoming discipula were to learn the Herbam conjuration ritual instead of Altea. Altea does not object, so long as it would be acceptable for her to also learn the ritual at a later time. After some debate and specific plans to include Finesse in the educaiton plan for the discipula, Consilium approves this change, to add approval for a season of service for Žaneta to learn the Herbam conjuration ritual.

Regarding Žaneta, Stannus Flambonis confirms that he plans to Open her Arts in the coming year.
Archimaga Danalia notes that if she does marry Panoš Hanuš, there will be expectations. Stannus agrees, noting that she will need to be educated to be a lady, as well as a maga. Danalia agrees, and emphasizes that must be soon, before any betrothal can be considered. She also notes that a dowry must be considered, since Foedus cannot offer land, and that implications for Lex Hermei must be considered as well: would such a marriage be considered an alliance with a mundane lord? After discussion, Consilium decides that Securia should be the one to divulge the existance of Ordo Hermei to the lad, and to ensure his understanding that his future with Žaneta depends upon his discretion. Securia further proposes that Žaneta should introduce Stannus as her master in the future.
Verticius, having considered this issue, advises that while magi have married into minor nobility, that remains a gray area in Lex Hermei, and recommends contacting a Transitionalist Jerbitonis Quaesitor for advice.
Consilium approves these plans.

Arcturus Picae raises the issue of Mariella Ciutadcera. He notes that Arcane Connections to the girl were acquired, and that both he and Auspecius attempted to locate the girl, to no avail. The connections either expire more quickly than expected, or the girl is veiled in some way, or she is not in this realm. He concludes that they must assume that Mariella has been taken, just as Egle was, and as Resi was. Securia notes that if she returns, she will pregnant. Arcturus Picae adds that herbal intervention may be necessary to deal with an addled mental state.

Arcturus Picae notes that all three girls were virgins, beautiful, and possessed some form of mystical Talent: he does not consider this to be a coincidence. Auspecius proposes a possible way to warn of the approach of a powerful mystical being, which would require much effort and vis: Cattus Ululatus, a greater enchantment that could be mounted on a pole, and would scream a loud warning if it detects any Magical or Faerie being of 8th magnitude or greater. It will require as much Penetration as can be managed, and thus require Bonisagi cooperating in the lab to enchant the detection effect; other effects could be enchanted by others of suitable capability.
Consilium approves seasons of service for Califactius, to prepare the item, and five more for enchantment of the effects, and 16p vis in total for Opening the enchantment and enchanting the three necessary effects, and procurement of lemon wood for the item.

Auspecius Bonisagi announces that he will be conjuring dragonscale armor in late Autumn, and those who desire a set should provide him with applicable materials and 1p Creo, Animal, or Terram vis at the time.

Stannus Flambonis proposes that Danalia Tytali should conjure a group of lodestones for those interested. He offers 4p vis as his contribution.
Danalia says that Crumena has sufficient Terram vis for this purpose, and that those who wish a lodestone should provide 1p vis, of any Art, to the Crumena in recompense. She can do this one week after Consilium.
Consilium approves.

Ciosa Tytali then requests copies of three of the four lab texts, as well as the Bonisagi image enchantment. She will not need to keep the texts, but can place the copies in Museum Arcis Caelitis after she has used them.

Stannus Flambonis notes that a massive ivory exemplar could be available, if Consilium wishes to approve purchase from Pazzino.
Consilium approves, and directs Helmi to arrange the purchase.

Regarding Hanuš, he is apparently smitten with Žaneta, and she with him. Arcturus Picae notes that he believes this is not infatuation, but possibly Amor Verus.
After some discussion, Stannus Flambonis suggests that he examine the girl, to determine if she is a suitable discipula.
Consilium approves Stannus' claim on Žaneta, until such time as he relinquishes his claim or Opens her Arts.

Auspecius Bonisagi raises the issue of Oculi, and wonders if three more should be enchanted to allow observation of the Moravian capitulae.
After discussion, Consilium approves the allocation of 6p Terram vis for enchantment of up to six Oculi, and such other vis as may be required.

Arcturus Picae raises the issue of Narenius's former quarters. Consilium had directed that those quarters should remain undisturbed until 1274 AD. He proposes that Consilum should extend that mandate until 1281 AD.
