Fortunia is a locus of Capitulum Arcis Caelitis, a Conventum per Leges Peripheriae Africae, and property of Capitulum Arcis Caelitis, according to valid declarations of inheritence and Leges Peripheriae Africae.

Magi Fortuniae shall be members of Capitulum Arcis Caelitis and shall have access to Museum Arcis Caelitis, in accordance with Chartula Arcis Caelitis.

Fortunia shall gather vis for Capitulum Arcis Caelitis from such sources as are available and shall retain two pawns annually from the vis it gathers for an Aegis ritual; of the remainder, Fortunia shall tribute half to Arx Caeles. Should an odd pawn remain after division, that pawn shall be retained by Fortunia.

Magi Fortuniae shall not be considered to gather vis for Capitulum Arcis Caelitis according to Chartula Arcis Caelitis, nor shall they receive a share of vis gathered under Chartula Arcis Caelitis, unless designated by Consilium Arcis Caelitis to gather vis on behalf of Capitulum Arcis Caelitis.

Fortunia shall provide victuals for Capitulum Arcis Caelitis from such sources as are available, keeping such as are required for its fields and victuals, and contributing the remainder to Capitulum Arcis Caelitis. In exchange, Capitulum Arcis Caelitis shall provide materials and items such as are needed by Fortunia. Fortunia may not trade with mundanes, except as approved by Consilium Arcis Caelitis.

Chartula Arcis Caelitis shall apply when magi Fortuniae, or retainers or guests thereof, visit Arx Caeles or other loci as applicable, but shall not apply within Fortunia, except as stated in this Chartula Emendationis.

Fortunia shall be governed by Consilium Loci Fortuniae, which shall consist of all magi Fortuniae, and shall be subordinate to Consilium Arcis Caelitis. Sameen Ex Miscellanea and Paula Vedunia Ex Miscellanea shall be Fundatrices Fortuniae, and shall have the right to veto any common proposal in Consilium and shall have the right to lead Consilium Fortuniae as Rectrix or to appoint a member to be Rector; if no Rector is appointed by a Fundatrix Fortuniae to lead Consilium Fortuniae, Consilium Fortuniae shall vote to appoint a Rector. Rector Fortuniae shall be responsible for calling Consilium as needed, but at least once each year, and for appointing leaders for covenfolk.

Fortunia must remain a Conventum Africae unless and until registration in another Tribunal is approved by Consilium Arcis Caelitis.
