anoir de Beaucoup Chats is the name of the tavern that fronts Sedes Merceris in Bruges. It is a working tavern, serving high-quality ale, beer, mead, and wine, as well as food in the evenings, and sometimes special treats on holidays.

The tavern has several private rooms, and connects to buildings on either side and behind through covered vestibules. To the right of the tavern is a large warehouse building; to the left is a three-story townhome. Sedes Merceris operates out of the building behind the tavern, with offices and storage rooms for goods and records. A Mercere Portal in the warehouse building to the right of the tavern connects with Harco.

Grazide manages Sedes Merceris, while her husband Renier runs the tavern. Their daughter Flore, not a member of the Order, assists her father in the tavern, along with her husband Abelard.

Bonassias Bonisagi has established her sanctum in the townhome adjacent to the tavern. Despite the Divine aura, Bonassias has a simple laboratory on the second floor.
