Description
Transference enables the recipient to transport himself nearly instantaneously from his current location to any other sufficiently familiar location.  Sufficient familiarity for this paradigm means that the location has been carefully studied, and multiple sensory impressions have been made based upon fairly permanent features of the location.  Changes to those features would require a new effort at familiarization.
Effects
This paradigm will only transport the "organic" portion of a person   - i.e. clothes and equipment will be left behind unless this paradigm is combined with another, similar Conjuration/Matter paradigm using the Build Temper Aspect.   As with other powerful effects, this one must be optimized to some degree before it can be cast.
Scope Base Scope (2 points)
Scope is altering a State (1 point).
Range is Personal.
Area is N/A
Duration Interval is unaltered (One Action Interval / Instantaneous)
Potency Fundamental Inertia: major changes to physical state, Epic (21-35 points)
Intricacy Penetration: Reality: Mythic (36-50 points)
Familiarity: Thoroughly Familiar: Slight (1-3 points)
Total Base Cost Spontaneous: (91), Optimized: 61
Temper Aspects Build will be necessary to combine with a Conjuration/Matter paradigm to transport clothing etc. (1 point).
Diminish could be useful (12+ points).
Target is required, in this case modified by the relative familiarity of the target location, and related mnemonic aspects.
Notes
This effect must penetrate Reality in order to transport both the body and spirit.  Some sorcerers have experimented with combining a Conjuration / Organic effect and a Conjuration / Spirit effect, but have never been successful (most who've tried that method end up dead, while the most "successful" ones ended up trapped in one of the spirit realms, separated from their bodies).
This effect allows the spirit of the person to "tag along" when the body is transferred, without having to coordinate the movements of both (a nearly impossible feat, if not actually impossible).
A version of this paradigm with Range: Touch is also possible, at a moderate increase in cost.
The typical Conjuration / Matter paradigm to be combined with Transference requires a Range of Touch (Moderate, 4-9 points), but is otherwise identical to this one (Total optimized cost: 63, with Build Temper Aspect: 65).
