Description
Suggestion enables the caster to implant a simple suggestion into the mind of the target.  Such a suggestion is not a command, and has no power to actually coerce any sort of behavior from the target.  The target might believe, however, that the thought is his own, and if appropriate, might act on that thought.
Effects
The target of this paradigm may resist with passive resistance, despite the Penetration: Will aspect of Intricacy.  This resistance, if successful, will merely give the target the impression that the thought is not his own.  If unsuccessful, he will accept the thought as his own.
