Description
Quick Dagger is a specialized conjuration that is designed to be cast with Delay and Mechanism Temper Aspects.  It can be held ready for a reasonable length of time.  On activation, the paradigm conjures a designated small bladed weapon (or similar sized object) into the hand of the recipient.   This occurs in as little time as 1 Option Point, allowing the recipient to perhaps gain an edge in a conflict situation.
Effects
Suitable Mechanisms include physical gesturing (brandishing an "invisible" dagger, that suddenly appears in the hand, for example) or vocal commands.
Scope Base Scope (2 points)
Scope is altering a State (1 point).
Range is Touch: Moderate (4-9).  Versions with sight range are possible, this effect assumes that the object begins and ends the conjuration within the Aura space of the recipient.
Area is N/A
Duration Interval is one hour: Impressive (10-20).  This establishes a reasonable Delay Interval.
Potency Fundamental Inertia: significant changes to physical state, Impressive (10-20 points).
Intricacy Penetration: Physical: Impressive (10-20 points), plus the Sorcery Affinity of the object.
Familiarity: Thoroughly Familiar: Slight (1-3 points).  This assumes that the designated object belongs to the recipient, and has been in her possession for some time.
Total Base Cost Spontaneous: 75, Optimized: 38
Temper Aspects Delay is necessary (1 point per Delay Interval)
Mechanism is necessary (5 points or more)
Sophistication is useful to protect the effect from dispelling or detection
Notes
The disadvantage to this sort of Delay / Mechanism held effect is that it can be dispelled rather easily, and is not very hard to detect with Awareness at a close range - the sort of range that a dagger would be effective at, for example.  Against non-Aware opponents, however, this can be a very effective surprise tactic.
