Description
Invisibility transforms the image of the recipient, making him invisible to sight.  More powerful versions could also make the recipient undetectable to hearing and/or smell.  This paradigm functions as an intricate illusion, not a manipulation of light or any material effect.  Note that an observer still has some chance of detecting the recipient, even if he cannot be seen, heard, or smelled - but that is highly unlikely, so long as the recipient keeps his interactions with the surrounding environment subtle.  If the recipient picks up an apple, for example, and the apple is not incorporated into this paradigm, the apple would be seen to float through the air - an obvious clue that something unseen is happening.   Incorporating new elements (i.e. picking up an apple) into the illusion is not hard, so long as those new elements are contained within the aura of the recipient.   Larger items would require a separate paradigm to hide.  Note also that picking up an apple, even if it is immediately incorporated into the invisibility effect, might still be noticed - one moment the apple is there, the next it is "gone."
Effects
The Spirit Dominion is not an area of strength for Sorcery, so effects such as this one push the limits of the Origin.  This paradigm must be optimized to some extent in order to cast it.
Scope Base Scope (2 points)
Scope is altering a Form (3 points).
Range is Personal (no cost)
Area is N/A
Duration Interval is one minute (Moderate: 4-9 points)
Potency Enhancement / Hindrance: this paradigm adds a +10 Hindrance to any Observation Trial using sight, thus effectively hiding the recipient from view. (20 points)
Intricacy Nature of Change: Spirit: Impressive (10-20 points)
Perception/Illusion: this paradigm masks one sense (sight): Slight (1-3 points)
Total Base Cost Spontaneous: (57), Optimized: 40
Temper Aspects Maintain is typically used
Notes
More powerful specialized versions could mask hearing and smell in addition to sight (Impressive, 10-20 points), or extend range to Touch (Moderate, 4-9 points), although such versions would have to reduce Potency to compensate for the extra capability.
The relevant Dominion for this effect is Spirit because this paradigm alters the nature of the potential perceptive link between the recipient and the observer.  This "perceptive link" exists in a potential state for all objects and beings.  Spirit is the Dominion of life and perception, and all things that can perceive do by means of their spiritual nature.   This does not mean that the observer sees spirits, only that it is the spiritual component of an observer which allows him to perceive.
The Will Dominion, in contrast, can only affect perception insofar as perceptive stimuli are thought about, remembered, or felt emotionally.
