Notes
This paradigm will only view scenes from the adept's current location - to see another point of view, he must move to that location and view the scene.  He can move around while viewing the past, but should be careful when doing so, as he will not be able to see the present while this effect is active.   The adept will only see events as he would be able to do so if he had been in that location at the time he is viewing them.  Thus, other sensory enhancement effects would be suitable to Build together with this effect.
This effect can be "defeated" by protective effects designed to prevent detection, as well as by specialized effects that shield a location from this sort of temporal viewing for a period of time.
