| Description | ||
| Dispel Spiritism is a general paradigm which can be used to eliminate most active Spiritism effects. This effect does not banish the spirit, it merely eliminates the effect by disrupting the Reality link between the spirit and the material world. Sorcery cannot dispel Spiritism as effectively as it can its own effects, nor is it as effective as Spiritism at countering Spirit effects. | ||
| Effects | |||
| This is
not a counter paradigm, but a full paradigm. It is intended to be used against
existing active effects. It could conceivably be used as a counter effect if it were
delayed with a suitable mechanism. This paradigm cannot be cast without substantial research and optimization. |

| Temper Aspects | Overpower is
commonly used. A combination of Delay / Mechanism would make this available for quick use, although the base duration interval (one Action Interval in this case) would make it difficult to delay for very long. A version specially designed with a longer delay interval would be more practical. |
||
| Notes | ||
| This paradigm is more intricate than a similar Dispel Sorcery paradigm, because it must affect energies from another Origin. | ||
| A version of this paradigm with Range: Touch is also possible, at a reduced cost. | ||
