| Dispel Sorcery is a general paradigm which can be used to eliminate most active Sorcerous effects. The paradigm functions by targeting the underlying Ethereal Conduit, cutting off the essential power of the target effect. This is a simple and highly effective method for dealing with unwanted Sorcerous activity, but requires a significant amount of Sorcerous power to achieve. | ||

existing active effects, such as sorcerous wards, anchored effects, or delayed or
maintained effects. It could conceivably be used as a counter effect if it were
delayed with a suitable mechanism. This paradigm is difficult to cast without substantial research and optimization. |
