Description
Bind Spirit binds a spirit to a Fetish.  The spirit must be readily accessible to the adept and either willing or coerced into accepting the binding.  Binding a spirit in this fashion overcomes the reduction in services that generally accompanies Binding a spirit to a Fetish (see Spiritism Profile, Storage).
Effects
Potency
Scope Base Scope (2)
Effect is altering a State (1)
Range is Touch: Moderate (4-9)
Area is N/A
Duration Interval should generally be expanded to a suitable Narrative Interval (such as a day): Epic (21-35)
Potency Potency is based on the Summoning Difficulty (i.e. power) of the Spirit.
Binding a Spirit with a Summoning Difficulty of 1 would be a Slight effect. An
SD of 2 would be Moderate, SD 3 would be Impressive, SD 4 would be Epic,
and SD 5 or higher would be Mythic (and likely beyond the capability of Sorcery
to affect).
This example assumes a spirit of Availability 3: Impressive (10-20)
Intricacy Penetrates Spirit: Moderate (4-9)
Total Base Cost Spontaneous: (76), Optimized: 42 points.
Temper Aspects Maintain is sometimes useful; less powerful effects might be Anchored, resulting in a potentially infinite binding duration.
Overpower is useful to overcome the resistance of the spirit.
Build, Delay, and Mechanism are likely aspects as well.
