Omnessence Fundamental

Conventions
Primary Trait Faith (Communion)
Affinity Sentient = Faith (Conviction)   (note that any Faith, even one with a different object than the deity in question, establishes a higher affinity).  If a sentient being has no Faith attribute, or the Faith attribute is less than 2, the affinity is 2.
Other = (10 - Domain Relevance) / 2  (i.e. the higher the domain relevance, the lower the affinity - relevance in this case being the target, rather than the situation in general.   The default for domain relevance is 6, which renders a default affinity of 2).
Province
The Omnessence Provinces of most deific Origins are limited by Domain Relevance, but may be quite flexible within that limitation.
Archetypes Dominions

Paradigm Elements

Preparation
Category Preparation
Aspects Concentration (Required, Neutral)  The adept must maintain concentration while Accessing/Preparing an effect.
Spiritual Condition (Required, Neutral)  The adept must meet the spiritual conditions necessary for use of the deity's Omnessence.
Actions (Possible, Enhancer) Ritual ceremonial actions (gestures, etc.) help focus the adept's concentration, granting a bonus to maintain concentration and avoid interruptions while preparing an effect.
Language (Possible, Enhancer)  Ritual ceremonial prayers, said aloud, help focus the adept's concentration, granting a bonus to maintain concentration and avoid interruptions while preparing an effect.
Time = Access Time
Variation Facility None.
Preparation Trial None.
Interruption Not allowed; Adept must make a Meditation (Willpower) Trial to maintain concentration if interrupted (wounded, startled, etc) during preparation.   If the Adept fails the Trial, preparation and access ceases, and the Adept must begin again (all Omnessence accessed to that point is lost).

Effects
Paradigm Method Channel
Casting Time 1 OP
Fatigue Fatigue Trial after Effect has been released, Difficulty = 10 - Domain Relevance
Distance
Base Range Touch
Range can be expanded to Aura of Faith (Moderate Scope) or Sight (Impressive Scope).
Aura of Faith is a range equal to the adept's Faith Trait x 25 paces.
Base Area Individual
Area can be expanded to the area increment (Moderate Scope: 5 points)
Area Increment (Faith) paces
Duration
Base Interval Instantaneous
Base Duration can be expanded to One Action Interval (Moderate Scope: 4 points), or to a Narrative Interval (Impressive to Mythic Scope, based on length of Narrative Interval.  An hour would be in the Impressive range, while a month would be in the Mythic range).
Once a Duration Interval has been established for a paradigm, the Duration Interval can be maintained (see Maintain Temper Aspect).
Effects Cost
Scope standard
Potency standard
Intricacy standard
Resistance
Passive Base = Aura (Affinity)
Rank = Faith (Conviction)
   (see Affinity)
Difficulty = Effect Might
Active Counter - can be attempted through any Origin.  However, attempts to counter a deific effect with a non-deific origin suffer a +1 difficulty modifier (+3 if the domain of the deity includes that form of magic).
Participation Collective (Unlimited) - for generic purposes.
Temper Aspects
Build Maximum number of Effects which can be built = (Faith / 2)
Delay Delay requires one point of Omnessence each Duration Interval.
Imbed Effects may only be imbedded within sanctified items.
Mechanism Used in conjunction with Delay or Imbed.  Omnessence cost increases with complexity.   Divination effects may be necessary for some Mechanisms.
Maintain Effects can be maintained at a cost of one point of Omnessence per Duration Interval.  If the adept is concentrating on the effect continually, this Omnessence cost is assumed to be met thru continual prayer and supplication to the deity.
Overpower Cannot be used in conjunction with Imbed or Delay.
Removed Cost is standard.   Range must have been extended to Sight.
Sophistication Used in conjunction with Delay or Imbed.
Target A Targeting Trial is required for Removed Effects, as well as for missiles, etc.  No cost.
Widen Variation Facility 3.

Incidentals

Side Effects Signature: deific effects possess a signature unique to the deity, which can be detected by other deific adepts through use of the Awareness skill, or by any adept through use of an appropriate divination paradigm (Divination/Reality).  This may result in Attention from followers or agents of an opposed deity.
Participation Adepts of a deity may generally participate collectively in the creation of effects.  Such participation is usually unlimited (for generic purposes), and is often useful where large amounts of deific Omnessence need to be accessed quickly, or where concentration on maintaining an effect is critical (sharing the responsibility better ensures that the effect will be maintained).
