Description
The Aphrodisiac is a popular item for commercial alchemists.  This philter will inflame the desires of the recipient, but it is not a love potion - it will not make the recipient desire any particular person.   The recipient will simply desire sex, as soon as possible.  This effect does not overcome physical impotence, but the recipient will still desire sex.
Effects
The recipient of the philter can attempt to resist the effect if he or she wishes, but need not do so if they took the philter willingly.  Suitable Personality Traits may modify the difficulty of any resistance trial (and will likely influence the Aphrodisiac's effect in any case).  Recipient's who have undertaken a vow of celibacy, for example, will probably not be directly affected by a typical Aphrodisiac (a much more Potent version would be required to overcome that mental state), but the typical person is usually in favor of such desires to begin with.  This philter simply enhances those desires and overcomes inhibitions.
